after all weather we liked it or not the world is changing and we have to find the right way to present that to our kids .

its still difficult, isnt it ?

samra hey! how are you?! No, I have not heard this song. I don't like Rap, my ears can only take half a second of it! What surprises me is that it took them this long to realize the negative effect of sex in magazine and on TV! Even cartoons can be sexual!

I am sure raising children here is a big challenge, but what makes us think that the 'mother land' is any better?

josi I think you should start giving informational sessions about it immediately. Your 8 year old has a 16 year old mentality! If you don't, I might to just give the green light to do it myself!

I don't think i'll be able to raise any kids in this country

Here are 3 out of the top five requested songs from my local hip hop radio station are

2. Lil Rob -Bring Out The Freak In You
4. T-Pain -I'm In Love With a Stripper
5. Eminem-Shake That Ass

Not only do the above lyrics are full of sexual content, they give basically spell out how to drug a girl and rape her. The other day I turned on the FM radio on in the car and my 8 year old started flipping through the channels, there was an equally explicit song on, I can't really remember the words but it was quite disgusting. I think it's hard for a parent to say when the right time to start talking about sex to kids, but the age at which we need to is getting younger and younger. When my daughter was in 1st grade, she came home one day and told me the boys in her group were talking about sex and laughing, she told them it means whether someone is male or female and this boy (named Musa by the way, Arabic) told her no, it's something that women and men have! I didn't think I'd need to discuss it with her until she was in fourth grade, boy was I wrong.

have u heard the latest songs?some are really sexual it's played all over the radio the do bleep put words but it's ok to play "shake that by eminem" or "i'm in love with a stripper"
a quote from a song that's on the radio all the time
"I'm a menace, a dentist, an oral hygienist
Open your mouth for about four or five minutes
Take a little bit of this fluoride rinse
Swish but don't spit it, swallow and I'll finish
Yeah me and Nate d-o double g
Looking for a couple bitches with some double d's
Pop a little champagne and a couple E's
Slip it in her bubbuly, we finna finna have a party"

how about that for sexual exposure
