They normally don't do any of that. Therefore I think such " skeptical" people are not interested to give a dime to begin with. people as such,I think,would not mind or perhaps eager to trade places.In that I mean trading their ancestral home in some village in Palestine with those who have set their gaze on it for a long time- in exchange with a nice home in the suburbs. Welcome to America.
