Cinnamon, Freekeh (Smoked wheat, cracked wheat is borghol or Bulgar in English.
Cardamon!!? It’s a wonder drug for people with high cholesterol, in addition to being the main ingredient in Arabic and Turkish coffee. AND it smells fantastic, removes the “zanakha” from chicken and meat

I love cinnamon and “hail” and I like freekeh and I love jameed. I like Rap music. I hate the noises too, but I have to admit that I like making bubbles with my gum (but I only feel like chewing gum once in a blue moon and only if someone offered).
You’re a strange one, do you hate msakhin, mansaf or ma2loobeh??

I don’t understand how it is possible for anyone not to like cinnamon. I hear you on the slurping though;I usually leave the table when people are eating soup because it drives me nuts….

The noises you decribed bug the $#!T outta me. But the swearing….I haven’t been able to let that go. Just this moring, my dad was saying “If you were a professional football player you would never save any money….that multi-million dollar contract would go to fines for swearing…$25 thousand at a time”. I countered with “Well I would certainly do it in Arabic….”, to which he quiped, “Then the fine would be 10 times as much”. Yes I do have a potty mouth….and I am expanding my vocab to include Italian and Spanish.

I hate the smell of cinnamon. I seriously can’t stand it. I don’t so much mind hail in coffee, but I hate the taste it leaves in food. Jameed and freekeh are both too dense of a taste for me.
Mansaf is some what of an acquired taste. I like it, but I don’t always crave it. Same with msakhan
Luai, for each swear word, you need to give me a dollar then! Swear words in Arabic carry much more meaning than in English. close your mouth is certainly lighter than sakkir tommak. isn’t it?!

Alright, I will try to cool it when I am in your presence. $1, huh….wanna go for double or nothing? If I don’t swear on here for 1 week then it goes down to 0, otherwise you get $2.
Be glad you weren’t near me today. Oh, boy! Even my officemate got into things and dropped the “bomb” a few times. I told him I was rubbing off. He’s a grandpa to 6 kids. Ouch!
