Ugh! I can’t believe you passed me up!” (I really do feel offended when someone passes me up.) I am the same way when driving through OHIO....I never ever let anyone with that ugly white license plate pass me....EVER....I would risk a ticket and life and limb to prevent that! Usually they are doing 55 in the left most lane with the left turn signal on! They seriously don't know how to drive there. And Michigan drivers, well, passing on the right shoulder is permitted...it's in the drivers handbook ;-) We're just crazy....but I blame it on it on having to avoid all the potholes!
