Yeah, I usually like to believe I am very tolerant...but there are those 'special' things and 'special' people who tend to get on my nerves every now and then! By the way, you have the wrong person, I live in a comfortable house in the Illinois suburbs!

I apologize for passing judgement on you. I guess I should've said relative luxury. In an earlier post during the Israel/Lebanon crisis, you had alluded to living in a comfortable house in the Washington suburbs complete with air conditioning. That's not exactly a refugee camp in the Gaza Strip, if you catch my drift. Try to be a little more tolerant of people less fortunate than yourself. At least give it a shot once in a while.

My experience with all Dunkin Donuts' Customer Service has been one and the same ... and so I speak of experience when I say that it doesn't hurt if they actually learn the language of the country they're living in and most importantly working in!

And how did you conclude that I live in the 'lap of luxury?' ... I suggest you take your own advice and not pass judgement on me without having a single clue who I am or what I stand for. But thanks for the tip anyway! very well noted!

Lets not pass judgement on the Customer Service employees. You're better than that. It's possible that lot of these people are working there only so that it can help pay for English lessons or to pay tuition fees for their kids. Get off your high horse :) It's easy to unfairly critisize these poor folks when you live in the lap of luxury.
