How it all started: Miss USA in danger of losing her crown due to behavior. “The Miss Universe Organization and Mr. Donald J. Trump will be evaluating her behavioral and personal issues to see what we can do to work with her, and what we will do about her reign going forward,” Paula Shugart, president of the Miss Universe Organization, said in a statement. Miss USA is considered a role model, and her conduct must reflect that, Miss Universe Organization spokeswoman said.

“Mr. Trump will make a determination and announcement within the coming week.”

Trump’s decision: Miss USA Tara Conner, who had come under criticism amid rumors she had been frequenting bars while underage, will be allowed to keep her title, Donald Trump announced Tuesday. Conner won the title in April and has been living in New York. Recent media accounts of heavy drinking brought a storm of criticism, since she was underage at the time. She turned 21 on Monday.

“I’ve always been a believer in second chances,” Trump, who owns the Miss Universe Organization with NBC, said with Conner at his side.

Now in response to all this, on The View show, Rosie O’Donnell questioned whether Trump’s two divorces and affairs qualified him to be a “moral compass” for Miss USA and Miss Teen USA.

And she relatively does have a point …She said Trump’s news conference with Conner, whose title was in jeopardy because of underage drinking, had annoyed her “on a multitude of levels” and that the twice-divorced Donald had no right to be a “moral compass” for the beauty queen.

“He inherited a lot of money,” she said. “Wait a minute, and he’s been bankrupt so many times where he didn’t have to pay. … I just think that this man is sort of like one of those, you know, snake oil salesmen in Little House on the Prairie.”

At least she’s civil in her ‘cheap shots’ and they are actually facts …unlike Trump’s dispecable tasteless insults!

In return, Trump responded immaturely by calling O’Donnell a “slob,” among other insults…which are:

“Maybe she wanted to put the crown back on Miss USA’s head,” the real estate mogul said of the openly gay O’Donnell, who has four children with her partner, Kelli. “I think she’s very attracted to Miss USA so she probably wanted to put the crown on her head herself.”

Insult No. 2: “She is a very, very unattractive woman who really is a bully.”

Insult No. 3: “Ultimately, Rosie is a loser, and ultimately (The View) will fail because of Rosie. … Barbara (Walters) made a mistake and let me tell you something, Barbara’s a good friend of mine. She cannot stand Rosie O’Donnell.”

What, are we in grade school?What’s funny though is how Trump said he never went bankrupt and so because Rosie said he did, he’s thinking of filing a law suit against her because ‘it would be fun.’

Oh really?

But what I’m still trying to figure out is what Beauty Queens are supposed to be role models for?!
