A complete waste…

They are very visually appealing, but their functionality sucks!

Spending more than ten dollars on a phone is foolish …a complete waste of money! I bought the blue pEble back in May 06 … a few months later, the screen went bad … I called T-zift (why the hell am I even with them?! their customer service sucks and they don’t show appreciation to their ‘loyal’ customers since 2003), and stressed the importance of sending me a new and not a refurbished phone in place of the new phone I had just gotten several months back … but of course, this is something they cannot guarantee…I ended up receiving a used phone … the other day, the screen went bad .. I called and, again, asked for a new phone …I got a refurbished one this weekend, which again is giving me a hard time, already! I hate Motorola products …yet I continue wasting my money on their horrible products!

Get something nice from the good old middle-east … their phones are light years ahead of the junk we have in the US. Last phone I bought from the US was over 5 years ago and I’ve never and will never do it again! I’m never going to be tethered with a contract ever again! I buy my own phones and maintain my freedom of choice ..
And that’s worth every penny of the $500+ I pay for my phones

T-Mobile is the worst carrier. But all the cell companies have bad customer service. I dropped T-Mobile last year after they charged me around 1.60 a minute to Jordan…$129 for the call. Told them if they really wanted their money to come and find me.

You should get the insurance on the phone. I have it for those times when the phone acts up and I throw it in front of the car and drive over it or when the bears win and I break it in half :-)

motorola phones suck - but T Mobile has one of the best customer services out there. They are strict and dont budge on their bills; believe me i tried!!!!

I’ve had T-mobile for a very long time now…they’re not so bad, but they’re just not appreciative! And I hate Motorola! their products suck! I called Motorola itself to ‘complain’ about their sucky products…they didn’t even offer to send me a new phone! they offered to send me a loaner while they ‘fix’ my ‘broken phone.’ 7aywanat!
