With this, you don't know anything about the people who are there and you're actually go through lists of people looking for someone who matches whatever criteria you have in your head; it's almost reducing marriage and relationships to catalogue shopping... it's weird. Why would anyone decide on wanting to get to know you through what you write on your profile?? And some people put a lot of effort in those profiles so they turn out like mini-biographies. Anyway, good thing I get to write that I'm taken, I think it keeps all those weird wife-pickers away.
