Unless you want it to double as a sitting room, an over sized kitchen adds nothing to the house. Many love that. I personally love my kitchen, I spend more time there than anywhere else, just enjoying my cooking, it's my favorite relaxation method. And the end results are another source of joy. Mirrors on the ceiling are quite, hmmm , well freaky! It's like watching yourself sleep! Oh and what would you do when the glue, or the nails gave out eventually and the mirrors start falling!? The library/den/office kinda room is a must, and the walk-in closet is more important to me than the bathroom I swear to God. In fact, it is going to be a walk-in ROOM for dressing - the word closet does not encompass the reality of what I have in mind. My shoes alone will be in glass cases. I have plans - BIG PLANS. :) I cant quick, so the kitchen is irrelevant to me.
