I don't quite fit in any of them, but I'm closest to "hot hijabi" although I don't match my flipflops with my hijab. Actually I don't wear flipflops with my hijab. They just don't go together!

Q, Fabujabis a fabulous hijabi?

asoom, lol...that's classic! and yep, simple is classy!

Pheras,

so I just want to say that the Hijab has nothing to do with how open minded or well educated you may be.

Absolutely true! Thinking otherwise would be quite pathetic!

On the other hand, you have some hijabi girls, especially at JU, who smoke, talk to guys and even sleep with guys.

There is nothing wrong with talking to guys provided it's within well and clearly defined boundaries and I can argue that there is nothing wrong with smoking...but sleeping with guys is wrong and very sleazy period...and defeats the purpose of 'hijab' ...

No matter what type of pressure a woman is under, if she is to and continue to engage in immoral and wrongful acts willingly (and yes, I consider sleeping around immoral and wrong!) then, in my opinion, she has no business wearing "hijab"...

Define "judging" other people?

Dave, which one do you like? ;d

mo, You cannot get more politically correct than this :P

Kerr, I am a 'hopeful'

Ola, in my short stay in Amman I was able to see all of the categories listed above on Amman's streets -and that's what I meant by 'I' (especially that I don't wear hijab) relate to almost all categories...

I'm sort of confused about this whole hijab thing. In Jordan, I've found some Hijabi girls extremely open minded, even more open minded and well read than plenty of non-hijabi girls, so I just want to say that the Hijab has nothing to do with how open minded or well educated you may be. On the other hand, you have some hijabi girls, especially at JU, who smoke, talk to guys and even sleep with guys. Sometimes I feel they're hypocrites. But I've finally decided that you can't call them hoes, because I feel bad for them. Maybe they were forced to wear the hijab? Plus everybody makes mistakes?

Anyway, one rule of thumb that I follow, is to never judge women in Jordan. Because they're under tremendous pressure and I really feel for them. If it's not pressure from their parents, it's pressure from society, if not from society, it's work-related, the list could go on forever. I know that the thing here is just a joke, but we really need to stop judging other people.

Mad respect for "da code"

ok I don't think I really fit too well in any of these, I've crossed into the hijabi hoes before and I'm a fashionista, probably the only mit7ajba girl ever to work at bebe, but wouldn't call myself a hot hijabi, my hijab itself is usually very simple I usually just wear black 2 pieces (matching your hijab with your flipflops is usually tacky, I try to keep things simple and classy).
