I whole heartedly agree, it is true when you feel like crap you will look like crap too. I think that the looks come from the way you feel, I think that it has something to do with how the blood flow throughout your body. I mean when you see some one looking like crap you know right away that they must be feeling like crap. that is a good one Iman, I’m feeling like crap and looking like crap right now.

When i feel like crap i put an effort into making sure i don’t look like crap, so i don’t double the crappiness. On days were i don’t feel like crap i don’t bother to “pretty up”

Like if i have a cold i’ll wear my hair down and put some makeup on. I rarely wear makeup to work.
