the title reminded me of a song by a group i like called “the weepies”
There’s a world of shiny people somewhere else
Out there following their bliss
living easy, getting kissed
while you wonder what else you’re doing wrong
Breathe through it, write a list of desires
Make a toast, make a wish, slash some tires
Paint a heart repeating, beating “don’t give up, don’t give up, don’t give up.”

for buddhists supposedly its “nirvana” ..
aristotle claimed that the highest form of happiness is “contemplation” ..
u might want to look into sufi teachings .. they are all about so-called “true happiness” ..
me personally .. the highest form of happiness is a good sleep ..

For some it might be a small piece of bread, for others it might be a new pair of shoes and then again it could be a barbie:D
