Is rape ever justified?

Coz the person being raped/the victim is not a willing party, and is forced to engage in an act against her/his desire by a perpetrator/s. I’m assuming you mean physical rape. But the same argument holds for intellectual rape.
One should have freedom to choose.

Never. Never ever ever never never ever never. I just don’t understand nor can imagine anyone ever giving an example of how rape can be justified. The idea of it makes me puke in my mouth a little.

Rape is violence. Violence is justified only if it saves lives. Rape never saves lives.
