mmm, I don’t know…

Reading Zait o Za3tar’s comment kinda makes me wonder why some (i.e., Palestinians) were destined to be occupied, oppressed, humiliated  …

why some (over 1 billion people) were destined to be poor …

The notion - which some would/do argue - of live miserably (while maintaining your faith) in this temporary world so you can enjoy the forever and eternal hereafter sometimes doesn’t make much sense to me!

Yeah and that’s why some have opted out of faith, bcs faith is irrational.

but isn’t an essential part of it is that faith has the capacity of dealing with issues beyond the scope of rationality?

well you described it as living miserably while maintaining your faith .. i would describe it as being patient .. the story of job (ayyoub) comes to mind ..

and another thing .. living miserably and having faith dont necessarily go hand in hand .. ino theres no correlation between the two imo ..
